Howdy, My name is Carol and this is my blog. The reason for this blog is to document/discuss my life style changes. Now I don't mean anything bad by life style changes. I simply mean I am changing my life for the better. No diets. I think of a diet as something temporary. A lifestyle change is permanent. I will mainly be addressing the health changes but I know I can improve other areas of my life as well. I have talked to several bloggers and they have said that documenting their struggles and desires for a better, healthier life have helped them tremendously.
